Job Responsibilities:

• Cardiology office experience is preferred.
• Back office patient intake and preparation including checking vital signs, doing EKG and if needed placing heart monitors (will be trained as needed)
• Familiar with Electronic Health Record (will be trained as needed)
• Assist in obtaining preauthorization for procedures thru insurance companies
• Scheduling of diagnostic tests in office and at times at the hospital
• Makes follow up calls to patients with results of diagnostic tests as directed by the Doctor
• Has great communication skills with all staff
• Maintains a clean, safe and orderly environment for patient care.
• Maintains a positive and professional relationships with patients and families, staff and physician at all time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
