This is a great opportunity for an attorney who is looking to learn and advance their career.This is a full-time position based out of the firm’s Fargo, North Dakota office.A license to practice law in North Dakota, or ability to obtain such license prior to start date, is required

Qualifications:

• Must have a North Dakota bar license in good standing, additionally a license to practice in Minnesota and/or South Dakota is encouraged, but not required
• Must have 0-2 years’ experience, which may include clerkship experience
• Must have strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices
• Must be proficient in conducting legal research
• Must have excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
