Dynamic, boutique personal injury law firm based in South Carolina is expanding and looking for a Workers' Compensation Paralegal to join their team. The firm is dedicated to fighting for the injured and their families including those injured in automobile, tractor-trailer, motorcycle, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, boating and maritime accidents.
Ideal candidates for the Workers' Compensation Paralegal position will have 3-5 years of legal service experience, preferably in a personal injury law firm. Successful candidates will be diligent, organized as well as have experience ordering, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and skilled in family settlement talks and mediation to avoid lawsuits. This position is on-site at the firm’s Mount Pleasant, SC office.
