Duties-
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including conducting interviews and coordinating new hire orientation
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback
- Develop and implement affirmative action plans to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to human resources
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Familiarity with employment labor laws, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
