Dental 360 is hiring a motivated Treatment Coordinator join our team. Our ideal candidate will be team-oriented, patient-focused, compassionate, and reliable. Must multi-task and thrive in a busy work environment.

Dentrix software knowledge is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities -

• Create a welcoming environment for patients and team members. We strive to build relationships and earn our patients' trust.
• Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures
• Scheduling, rescheduling, confirming or cancelling appointments
• Maintain schedules efficient and prosperous
• Verifying eligibility and patient benefits
• Creating and presenting treatment plans and finance options
• Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed
• Performing general office duties, such as answering phones, emails, filing, faxing, and photocopying
• Provide high-quality patient care
• Perform all assigned duties in a professional, accountable, and collaborative manner
• Regularly scheduled attendance is required

Qualifications -

• Dental experience minimum of 1 year
• Must have excellent communication/customer service skills
• Minimum H.S. Diploma
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Crossed Train (Front and Back) a plus
