Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple dental offices to help review revenue targets and assist with account receivables.
• Work closely with each office to develop and implement plans that meet revenue and budget objectives while ensuring compliance with operational standards.
• Ensure that offices adhere to professional standards, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial trend data and balance operational costs to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Practice Managers. Provide coaching, conduct performance appraisals, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain open lines of communication with Office and Dental leadership to ensure they have the necessary support for success.
• Leverage market advertising, marketing, and sales strategies to maximize each office's advantage.
• Engage with Dentists and office staff to build strong relationships while supporting and ensuring their success.

What We Need From You

• Minimum of 4 years of successful dental management experience with multiple locations, budgets, and P&L responsibilities.
• Proven track record of identifying, selecting, developing, and retaining talent in a dental practice setting.
• Working knowledge of Open Dental Software.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly between dental offices in the Columbus, Ohio area.
