Are you an experienced dental treatment coordinator with a passion for guiding patients through the dental care process with compassion and expertise? Dental Designs of Stroud is seeking a talented Treatment Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our patients' dental care journey.

Primary Duties:

- Financial Arrangements: Discuss treatment costs with patients, presenting options and assisting them in making informed decisions. Utilize basic sales skills to effectively communicate the value of recommended treatments.

- Treatment Acceptance: Use your expertise and interpersonal skills to facilitate treatment acceptance, addressing concerns and building trust with patients to ensure the best outcomes for their oral health.

- Drs. Schedule Optimization: Collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure optimal scheduling, balancing patients' needs with providers' availability while achieving provider production goals.

- Unscheduled Treatment Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment needs, offering support and guidance to help them proceed with necessary care.

- Referral Coordination: Coordinate referrals to specialists as required, maintaining clear communication and seamless transitions for our patients and referring doctors.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with dental practice management software.

- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-through abilities.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in dentistry.

- Knowledge of general and comprehensive dentistry.

- A talented connector and true people person.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience with Open Dental practice management software is preferred, but not required.
