The Role : KOS Services Inc. / Dental Dreams actively seeks a motivated Special Projects Manager. The role will play a critical part in assisting multiple locations across a region and/or substituting the dental practice Office Manager for a short-term. The Special Projects Manager will drive optimal business decision-making, the market and support our geographical expansion. This role will require cross-functional teamwork and the ability to manage across all levels of the business. We are seeking an experienced office manager to oversee daily operations. The office manager shall be responsible for achieving operational goals, managing employee relations, and patient relations.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times, along with a clean and professional office environment
• Have a patient-centric disposition and foster a culture of service
• Hiring & training of support staff, performance management & annual reviews
• Supervising all front and back-office staff; filling in as necessary.
• Ensuring accurate check-in/out processes
• Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans
• Collect payments, co-payments, and deductibles

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Minimum two years of management experience in the field of general dentistry
    Experience in the Dental field/industry preferred
  • Ability to travel
• Preferred:
  • Possesses a track record for providing outstanding customer service
  • History of achieving results; sets goals and actively rallies others to achieve
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Clinical experience and bilingual, a plus
