- Must have Experience in the dental field

- Keen knowledge of Dentrix software
- Knowledge of Dental intel a plus
- Welcoming and interacting with patients

- Knowledge of dental insurance, including PPO and traditional plans to help patients understand there coverage and financial responsibilities
- Discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
- Recall and reactivation processes to help insure our patients return for regular cleaning and check ups
- Following up on insurance claims for timely reimbursement
