Position Overview:
Are you a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Consultant seeking an exciting opportunity in the dental industry? Join our team as a Dental Treatment Consultant and embark on a rewarding journey as a Sales Representative for full arch implant procedures. If you possess a strong sales background, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping patients transform their smiles, we invite you to apply for this position.

Job Details:

  • Compensation: Competitive base salary starting at $80,000
  • Uncapped commissions! The more you sell, the more you earn
  • On target earnings is $180,000 plus

Our Benefits Include:

  • PTO: Earn one week of paid time off after one year of employment, two weeks after three years, and three weeks after five years.
  • Sick Time: Accrue one hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked from day one, with a maximum accrual of 48 hours per year. Unused hours roll over each year.
  • Insurance: Become eligible for full benefits after 90 days of employment. We contribute $200 per month toward the medical plan of your choice, and all health insurance plans include a complimentary $10,000 life insurance policy.
  • Additional Insurance: Customize your benefits by adding extra life insurance, disability, dental, and vision coverage.
  • HSA and FSA: Choose from a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account to cover qualified medical expenses.
  • 401(k): Participate in our 401(k) plan after one year of employment. We match up to 4% of your salary to your account each working year, starting at the end of your second year.
  • Paid Holidays: Enjoy six paid holidays per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting consultations with patients to understand their oral health needs, goals, and expectations.
  • Providing detailed information about the benefits, process, and expected outcomes of full arch implant procedures.
  • Assisting patients in making informed decisions by presenting treatment options and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Developing customized treatment plans and cost estimates for patients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Collaborating with the dental team to coordinate treatment schedules and ensure seamless patient experiences.
  • Following up with patients to answer additional inquiries, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, focusing on patient satisfaction and retention.
  • Attending relevant dental conferences and events to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
  • Keeping accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales consultant or similar role, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
