Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our Dental office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a dental office setting, ensuring smooth patient flow and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate patient care
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence efficiently
- Process billing and insurance claims
- Assist with medical office tasks as needed

Experience:
- Experience in a medical office or dental office setting preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of medical administrative support functions
