Overview:

We are seeking a to join our team at a thriving dental office. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administrative support and possess knowledge of dental office operations.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Maintain patient records and update information in electronic systems
- Process billing and insurance claims accurately
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
