Job Description

As an Associate Dentist, you will play a key role in our commitment to outstanding patient care. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced dentist in a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing a wide range of general and expanded dental services, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be dedicated to delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Provide a wide range of dental procedures including: simple restorative, crowns, root canals, extractions, and possibly pediatric and implants.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options with a focus on finding solutions so they can get the treatment they need.
• Ensure a high standard of patient care while creating a memorable experience that encourages patient referrals and 5 star reviews.
• Collaborate with the dental team to achieve practice goals.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• Texas State dental license in good standing.
• Strong clinical skills
• 3-5 years experience.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies.
