Dentistry By Design has an immediate opening for a Front Desk Receptionist.

We are looking for high energy candidates who consider themselves self-starters. The applicant we are looking for will complement the practice and encourage solid customer service skills, and patient retention.

The Front Desk Receptionist supports Dentistry by Design by interacting professionally with patients and managing administrative tasks for the clinical team. The role of each Front Desk Receptionist is to complete daily duties while assisting team to help the practice run smoothly.

  • Serving patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts
  • Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient's arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding providers of service delay.
  • Accurately schedules appointments based on Dentist recommendations and visit types
  • Obtains patient identification and insurance information.
  • Collection of co-payments and end of day reconciliation of payments.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Experience in dental field is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of government CMS regulatory requirements is preferred.
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
