Dentistry By Design has an immediate opening for a Manager. Travel between locations is required, reimbursement for mileage is provided.

We are looking for high energy candidates who consider themselves self-starters. The applicant we are looking for will complement the practice and encourage solid customer service skills, hygiene recall, and patient retention.

The Manager will support the Area Manager of Dentistry by Design with overseeing the operations of the dental practice.

The candidate must be well-versed in the following skills:

• General dental procedures
• OSHA and HIPAA guidelines
• Knowledge of dental insurances; PPO, HMO, Medicare and Discount Plans
• Front desk, scheduling, collection of payment, and treatment planning
• Assist with setting achievable goals and budget
• Supporting the team to promote a great office culture, and a well organized and efficient practice
• Problem solving
• Assist in financial management of the practice as well as productivity
• Knowledge of A/R, account auditing, and insurance claims
• Assisting with marketing
• Aid in implementing procedures, and with support of the Human Resource team, creating policies

Experience/Education:

• Strong attention to detail
• One to three years of managerial experience
• One to three years of dental practice knowledge
• Bachelor' degree preferred
• Dental Assisting certification preferred
• Dental billing experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish is highly desired

Job Type: Full-time
