To prosper as a Dental Assistant, you should have :
At least 1 year of continuous experience
Dental Assistant Certification or Associate's degree in Dental Assisting program
Stellar verbal and written communication skills
X-ray certification
Surgery experience a plus
More about your role as a Dental Assistant :
Prepare patients for dental work
Sterilize and disinfect instruments, setting up trays
including fillings, cleanings, root canals, extractions, crown and bridge work, dental implants, etc.
Collect and record medical and dental history
