**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This is a commission-only position with an uncapped commission structure where you will earn 40% of the profit on projects you work on. We provide the leads and have all the necessary systems in place to support you.
**Responsibilities:**
- Receive and follow up on leads provided by the company.
- Schedule and attend appointments with potential clients.
- Present flooring solutions and proposals to clients.
- Close sales and get proposals signed.
- Maintain relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in selling flooring installation.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Availability to take appointments and follow up on leads promptly.
- Reliable transportation for on-site visits as needed.
