Salary Range: $72,137 - $86,564

Essential Functions and Objectives:
This role is critical in ensuring coherence across all content teams within Academics to ensure effective curriculum implementation aligned with the district's vision and instructional framework, while also guaranteeing quality assurance and optimization of resources. Responsible for the overall coordination, management, status reporting, and stability of process and system-oriented efforts, such as developing multi-year scope and sequences, the procurement and implementation of High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) and professional learning. Establishes and implements project management processes while adhering to the district's methodology to ensure projects are delivered punctually, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. Collaborates with various partners across Academics, the Office of Schools, and external partners to ensure effective implementation aligned with the district's vision and instructional framework.
- Drive collaborative project management efforts and foster strong relationships across content teams, guiding the development and monitoring of project plans, project timelines, milestones, status reporting and resources.
- Implement process improvement initiatives with a collaborative approach through extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, offering technical support, training protocols, and change management strategies to align project outcomes with strategic goals and foster collaborative relationships across the organization.
- Coordinate across district teams to ensure seamless system alignment and equitable communication practices, emphasizing collaborative relationships and influence across content teams.
- Establish and maintain robust communication strategies to ensure active engagement and collaboration among district partners, including content and project team members, department heads, senior leadership, business sponsors and facilitate systematic feedback loops with internal and external partners to ensure continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify, track, and resolve project issues, risks, and dependencies, leveraging influence and collaboration to lead risk management and mitigation plans.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, facilitation skills, and change management techniques.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- Inspired visionary who fosters effective relationships and generates excitement, belief, and understanding with colleagues, schools and external partners.
- Ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting responsibility.
- Understands organizational change management strategies.
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals, establish priorities, and organize resources.
Knowledge, Experience & Other Qualifications:
- Two (2) or more years of change management experience.
- Two (2) or more years of demonstrated experience with project management, strategic planning and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated success designing and executing strategic initiatives related to systems and process development.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace and project management software.
- Ability to deeply analyze and interpret data, prepare reports, professional correspondences, and procedural guides and manuals.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational skills; keen attention to detail.
- Workstyle that yields high results when working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to assess appropriate priorities and organize and manage workload on multiple assignments in parallel without compromising integrity or fidelity.
- High degree of integrity in handling confidential information.
- Facilitation skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a credible and confident manner at all levels in the organization, both orally and in writing.
- Well-developed conflict resolution, mediation, and persuasion skills.
- Experience successfully managing several large, complex, and transformative projects from conception through implementation.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
