Duties * Serve as the program coordinator and subject-matter authority on the UTC program for the J8 and HQ AFRICOM staff. * Serve as the command's Agency Program Coordinator for the GTCC program, and manage and reconcile the command's Centrally Billed Account (CBA). * Use the Citi Manager system ensuring all budget analysts, card holders, and billing and certifying officials know how to properly use the system and are current on required access training. * Assist with travel administration for the command, to include management of DTS. * Provide customer assistance by performing Tier 2 help support to troubleshoot GTCC issues.
