Duties * Serves as an intelligence analyst performing professional engineer/ scientist duties. * Designs innovative projects to produce targeted intelligence products related to Measurement and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT), specifically, radar signatures. * Develops and utilizes new research methodologies, including sophisticated computer models, to design innovative analytical approaches to radar signature intelligence production. * Briefs decision makers at Army level and at key customer activities, targeting presentation to audience interest and program involvement, negotiating acceptance of the Army's intelligence position. * Provides advice and recommendations on radar signature intelligence through the chain of command. * Regularly represents the Center and/or the Army on intelligence community working groups and committees. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. * Two year trial/probationary period may be required. * In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
