Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 continuous months of relevant experience within the last 3 years
• Required licenses, permits, and/or certifications as LPCC
• Proficiency in English language for effective communication with corrections department
• Proficient in conducting mental status exams (MSE) and suicide risk assessments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting initial mental health evaluations and crisis interventions
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions
• Developing and implementing treatment plans
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and correctional institutional healthcare personnel
• Ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to standards
• Participating in IDTT meetings and new program implementations
