We are seeking a skilled Front desk Sales Associate to join our team in our studio located at 937 Garden Park Drive Allen, TX.

What We Are Looking For:

The Front Desk Sales Associate is the vital link to customer service and satisfaction. They are the “first responder” to all Clients and manage the entire process before, during, and after each Client’s service experience. The Front Desk Sales Associate is committed to serving our Clients, offering additional products and services to ensure that all of their needs are met. They are vital to company growth and profitability.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who:

• is meticulous and conscientious, and can upload company systems and structure.
• is well organized, detailed oriented, and effective communicator to promote the brand.
• can professionally work with a team of world class esthetician.
• can uphold ethical standards and provide superior customer service.

Reporting Relationship

• Reports to the Studio Manager.

Responsibilities

• Superior customer service and positive attitude, exceeding clients' expectation
• Works hand-in-hand with the store manager and completes daily tasks, such as turning on/off waxing pots, projector, clock in/out for shifts/lunch periods, etc.
• Keeps the front desk area, waiting area, product wall, and refreshment area clean and
• organized
• Answers the phone and checks in clients.
• Greets clients and assists them with a positive, uplifting attitude
• Coordinates all appointments (booking, etc.)
• Keeps up with each client’s records under their client profile
• Promotes and sells products
• Communicates with the managers and coworkers effectively
• Confirms, cancels, and follows up with clients
• Actively attends and participates in quarterly personal development education programs and/or events
• Basic Accounting
• Keeps up with front room inventory
• Dresses in appropriate work attire for every shift
• Follows opening and closing-out procedures
• Maintains all front desk files and books of procedures
• Actively promotes Depil Brazil to the community
• Flexibility to work Saturday and/or Sunday
• Supports and adheres to all company policies and procedures
