Role Description

We are currently seeking a full-time, onsite Production Worker to join DEPIN INC. in Wichita, KS. The Production Worker will play a vital role in our production lines by operating machinery, ensuring top-notch quality control, and demonstrating versatility in handling various tasks and responsibilities.

Skills

• Table saw and chop saw operation expertise is preferred.
• Familiarity with band saws, drill presses, and manual banding tools is advantageous.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Detail-oriented mindset coupled with proactive task management abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is a bonus.
• While CAD experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
• Utilization of various tools and equipment including forklifts and power drills.

Qualifications

• Prior production experience is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated adaptability to diverse tasks and responsibilities.
• Forklift certification or prior experience a plus.
• Physical stamina and excellent manual dexterity skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Starting wage of $15/hr. (DOE).
