Description
Responsible for conducting testing procedures during manufacturing processes to ensure that products comply with quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform inspection on products received;
- Perform set-up verification;
- Perform product audits;
- Measure product for process capability studies;
- Conducts studies/audits using laboratory equipment;
- Assists with calibration;
- Completes special and miscellaneous projects;
- All other work assigned.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
- Successfully completes all assigned duties on time and without errors;
- Interacts effectively with internal and external customers;
- Communicates problems or potential problems to Quality Manager;
- Work area is clean and documents are filed properly.
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive industry;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Good organization skills;
- Self-motivated, ability to work in a deadline-driven environment;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Detail-oriented.
