My Aquatic Services, a premier provider of aquatic leisure solutions, is seeking a skilled Assistant Construction Manager to join our team in West Fargo. As an Assistant Construction Manager, you will be instrumental in performing on-site service work, ensuring the optimal functioning and maintenance of pool and spa facilities.

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management, project management, and possess strong leadership skills to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time.

Duties
- Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting

Experience

- Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Proven experience in construction management and project management is helpful but not required. On-the-job training will be provided by a seasoned Construction Manager.
- Proficiency in construction estimating, and blueprint reading is helpful
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols
- Excellent project scheduling abilities to meet deadlines
- Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a collaborative work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
