Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer orders and A&P requisitions to determine items to be moved and fulfill orders accurately.
- Retrieve products from shelving and assemble customer orders/A&P requisitions, ensuring neat placement on racks and pallets to minimize damage.
- Maintain a well-stocked pick area, ensuring sufficient stock availability for efficient order fulfillment.
- Pack customer orders from inventory into shipping cartons or pallets, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain accurate inventory location records to facilitate efficient retrieval and tracking of products.
- Utilize manual pallet jacks and hand trucks to transport orders from locations to the staging area.
- Assist in cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience required.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English.
- Ability to operate manual pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and effectively.
- Capability to continuously lift or move up to 50 lbs.
- Strong counting skills with the ability to accurately count items.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
