DERMATOLOGY Office in Fort Lee is seeking a FULL TIME, EXPERIENCED Front Desk Receptionist.

We are looking for the qualified, dedicated and a high work ethic minded individuals.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor at the front desk.
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently using the office's EMR systems.
- Ensure patient information is handled confidentially and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Answer and manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with proper phone etiquette.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the dermatology office.
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge to provide excellent patient service

- Compensation: Staring Salary of $25/hourly incentives benefits *
