Dermatology Associates, the leading dermatology practice in the Tri-Cities region, is currently seeking a full-time Patient Collections Specialist (starting pay $16/hr) at our Kingsport office to join our team.

General Duties: This position is responsible for daily management of past due patient accounts. Attempts to recover aging outstanding balances and maintain bad debt to a minimum.

Qualifications: Successful candidates will possess excellent communication ability, exceptional customer service skills and a team player attitude. Prior medical office experience a plus and customer service-related experience highly preferred.
