Employment Type: Full time, M-F. 7:30 -4:30 

Experience: 1 Years preferred

Compensation: $15- $17.50 hourly

We Are Seeking: 

Desert Hand and Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a full time Bi- Lingual - Spanish/English, Medical Receptionist to join our fun and talented team. We are looking for someone who is able to cover as needed to all of our locations within the Greater Phoenix area! This would be a great opportunity for someone who is centrally located!

Job Duties:

• Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service
• Coordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge
• Answering phones
• Electronic scheduling
• Data entry
• Verifying current personal and financial information
• Maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records
• Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments
• Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• One year of previous medical front office experience
• Excellent telephone skills
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Preferred experience with Medical Manager, Medisoft, or other medical software 
• Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service
• Flexibility with hours
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Organization and ability to multi-task
