Desert Services International, a leader in the civil construction, is hiring full time Class A CDL Dump Truck and Transport Drivers. 

Dump Truck (10-Wheeler) and Transport Driver

Truck Driver’s are responsible for safely transporting aggregates to and from job sites and moving other equipment as necessary. Drivers will be exposed to different situations and equipment in performing their assigned task and are responsible for maintaining their assigned equipment.

Driver Responsibilities:

• Complies with Company safety policies and procedures
• Acts responsibly regarding work site access, unloading, and operation to and from work site
• Performs routine inspections and maintenance on equipment, reports any defects and repairs
• Conducts daily pre-trip inspections of truck equipment - tires, lights, brakes, fuel, and oil, etc.
• Complies with all DOT, state, and local traffic and highway laws, rules and regulations and safely operates all equipment
• Transports other heavy equipment as required

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

• Experience in construction industry, transporting heavy equipment
• 21 years old, valid Class A CDL, DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
• Ability to pass drug test, and possess acceptable MVR
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
