Design Alaska is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. Design Alaska is a full service Architecture, Engineering, and Surveying firm that provides commercial and institutional design services throughout Alaska. Design Alaska’s goal is to provide our employees with a rewarding professional experience.

Administration duties may include any of the following:

• Answering multi-line phone system, greeting visitors, and routing mail.
• Event planning for company and community events.
• Managing inventory and ordering office supplies.
• Booking company travel.
• Tracking time-sensitive incoming and outgoing documents.
• Proofing and formatting Word documents for printing and distributing to clients.

Design Alaska seeks these desirable attributes in administrative assistant applicants:

• High school graduate with 3-5 years of office administration experience - OR - Associates degree in business or related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software packages.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
