Our engineers have made over 100 dental products, have over 14 approved patents with many pending and new ones in the pipeline that need your expertise. Our growth and development team has a full prototyping shop, along with two fully operating and successful dental practices to get direct user feedback.

Dr. David Ahearn is the humble and passionate sole owner of two businesses that coexist together: Design Ergonomics and Perfect Smiles. He was a sought out local Dentist/ founder of Perfect Smiles in Westport, MA, who knew he had to adjust what was being done in Dentistry to avoid any health related complications and a shorter career due to occupational hazards.

Our Ergonomic Products workstation has been recognized by the American Dental Association as another type of dental delivery system. Since the accomplishment, our engineers have been a part of designing over 15 other workstations, along with a new type of lighting LED system. These products changed our industry because we were able to help dental clinicians deliver dental care in an ergonomic manner reducing mental and physical stress.

Our incredible customers, who over 25 years have become loyal fans of our team, seek our team's knowledge throughout their careers. We help dental offices reduce waste, mental, and physical stress on the clinical team which results in a healthier work culture that can serve their patients better and more efficiently. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in Mechanical Engineering.
