Design Heating & Air Conditioning is actively searching for a highly motivated, confident Service Coordinator.Must be able to utilize creative thinking, strategic planning skills and teamwork to ensure all customers are taken care of. The ideal candidate will be able to enthusiastically rise to a challenge and coordinate a complex schedule that is very dynamic and always subject to change. We're looking for someone who can think outside the box and make quick decisions, but who can also work as part of a team to ensure we are providing the best customer service possible. This position works closely with and supports the Service Manager.Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00AM to 5:00PM each day.

• Schedule and coordinate all incoming service calls/emails.
• Create dispatch work orders.
• Generate invoices for service billing.
• Maintain the dispatch board/schedule.
• Forecast Workload, prepare schedule to maintain workload for technicians.
• Track and monitor Field Technician’s workload and completed work orders.
• Follow up on all Emergency calls, Parts Ordered, parts Received.
• Assist with resolving billing issues.

• Reviewing daily reports and researching problems with the Service Manager.
• Provide daily support to the Service Manager.

• Excellent verbal, written skills, and computer skills.
• Possess strong attention to detail and able to multi-task.
• Strong people and customer service skills in a professional setting.
• Strong Microsoft skills and knowledge, Excel (FieldEdge a plus) or other dispatching software experience and knowledge.
• Experience in matching the correct tier level technician to customer service need(s).
• Passionate about accurate data entry of service calls into computer systems with a high level of ownership and ‘self-accountability ‘
• Ability to work independently, calmly, and efficiently.
• Effectively lead in organizing, monitoring self and technicians.

• Must be a fast learner with new technology and software applications.
