Searching for a Creative Assistant who is dedicated to making amazing work. Position opens up sometime in August 2024.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- designing floral layouts for resin keepsakes

- photographing product, photography & videography for social media

- mixing and pouring resin

- sanding and washing resin blocks

- drying flowers and taking them out of silica

- packing and shipping out orders

- coming up with marketing ideas

- set-up, sell, and take-down for local markets

Position requires driving to my art studio in Santa Fe, NM, near El Dorado. 2-3 days a week, 4-6 hours each day, potentially more.

I’d also consider splitting up the responsibilities between two people. I would also consider paying for your commute to and from my studio.

IMPORTANT:

Any work with resin or silica, requires proper PPE. These parts of the job, including sanding, are not glamorous whatsoever and require attention to detail and patience. Resin is a tricky medium, and one small mistake can ruin a client’s very special flowers.
