Landscape architecture, construction, and maintenance company Designs By Sundown has an opening for a full-time Scheduling – Dispatching Coordinator at our Littleton location. This position is responsible for the prompt, courteous and efficient response to all incoming client service calls and providing support to our team of service technicians, property managers, and client representatives. The individual will also aid with data entry and job costing. Experience in dispatching and job costing in the construction, landscape, or service industry is helpful! Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hr Office hours: Mon-Fri 8am—5pm Benefits

Responsibilities
Answer three or more telephone lines
Schedule, route, and dispatch technicians
Notify clients of scheduled services
Receive, process, and schedule work orders and proposals
Ensure contracted services are scheduled and completed
Collect detailed client information to be entered into company database in a timely and accurate manner
Generate reports including but not limited to job cost, small tool purchases, safety, vehicle inventory, performance metrics, etc.
Code accounts receivable
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
2 years office experience
Ability to prioritize job duties and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collect detailed client information to be entered into company database in a timely and accurate manner
Strong Communication Skills—written and oral.
