**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the daily operations of the home care agency, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and referral sources to ensure exceptional care delivery.

- Implement effective business development strategies to expand the agency's reach and enhance its reputation in the community.

- Collaborate with the management team to create and execute operational plans that drive growth and meet financial goals.

- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of compassionate caregivers, providing guidance and support to promote excellence in care provision.

- Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
