We are looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our team in Acworth, GA. The ideal candidate will have a DVM degree and be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Georgia.
Responsibilities Of The Associate Veterinarian Include
- Performing physical examinations and diagnostic tests on animals
- Diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries
- Prescribing medication and providing medical advice to pet owners
- Performing surgery and other procedures
- Maintaining patient records
- Working with other members of the veterinary team to provide the best possible care for animals
- DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school
- License to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Georgia
- At least 1 year of experience working as a veterinarian
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
