Full time Attorney - Commercial Litigation Associate - Phoenix, AZ
AMLaw 100 Firm is looking for a full-time Attorney - Commercial Litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Employment Law, Litigation, and Attorney. We are seeking an associate to join our Litigation Group in the Phoenix office. Candidates must reside in the Arizona area.
Education Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Bar Admission
  • Admitted in Arizona required
  • Additional admission in California preferred
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop and execute effective litigation strategies.
  • Conduct legal research.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct depositions.
  • Assist with discovery, trial preparation, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of complex commercial litigation experience in at least one of the following sectors: healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, technology, software, sports, travel and hospitality, finance or real estate.
