We are looking for a full-time Attorney to join our team of telecommunications attorneys in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in telecommunications law, with a strong understanding of the regulatory environment. The position will involve a variety of legal research, drafting, and litigation work.

- Admitted to practice in Washington, D.C.
- Minimum of 2 years of telecommunications experience.
- Prior experience in a law firm or at the FCC (Federal Communications Commission).
- Curiosity and interest in new telecommunications and spectrum-based technologies.
- Experience with telecommunications regulatory issues under the Communications Act and FCC regulations, including familiarity with FCC processes.
- Strong analytical and writing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Sound business judgment and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Ability to influence and engage persuasively.
- Basic management skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
- Produce deliverables, promptly respond to correspondence, and answer calls efficiently.
