AMLaw 100 firm is seeking a full-time Senior Attorney to join our Litigation group. This non-partnership track position is open to candidates in any US office, with a preference for those based in Dallas.
Education Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where you are applying.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Experience drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss, written discovery and summary judgment motions.
- Experience appearing in state and federal courts.
- Experience appearing in court.
- Experience handling multi-district litigation is preferred.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good business judgment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Effective research and problem-solving abilities.
- Conceptual thinking with the ability to influence and persuade others.
- Strong persuasive communication and management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong project management skills.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
- Produce deliverables, manage phone calls, and respond to correspondence efficiently and responsively.
- Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality work products.
- Successfully meet deadlines and perform required work duties.
- Foster positive work relationships.
- Comply with all firm policies and practices.
- Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including extended periods of computer work, digital/virtual conference calls, and meeting participation as needed.
- Perform additional duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

- Hybrid work environment with some in-office expectations or remote work as appropriate.
