Full time Lead Veterinarian - Hiring Immediately Great Benefits - Fort Myers, FL
We are looking for a full time Lead Veterinarian to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. The ideal candidate will have a DVM, be a licensed veterinarian in the state of Florida, and have at least 2 years of experience as a Lead Veterinarian.
The Lead Veterinarian will be responsible for the overall management of the veterinary clinic, including the supervision of staff, the development and implementation of treatment plans, and the provision of veterinary care to patients. The Lead Veterinarian will also be responsible for the financial management of the clinic, including the development of budgets and the monitoring of expenses.
Responsibilities:

• Supervise the staff of the veterinary clinic
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• Provide veterinary care to patients
• Manage the financial aspects of the clinic
• Develop and implement marketing plans for the clinic
• Maintain relationships with clients and vendors

Qualifications:

• DVM
• Licensed veterinarian in the state of Florida
• At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Veterinarian
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
