Full time Lead Veterinarian - Hiring Immediately Superior Salary - Longview, TX
We are looking for a full time Lead Veterinarian to join our team in Longview, TX. The ideal candidate will have a DVM, be proficient in all aspects of veterinary medicine, and have at least 2 years of experience as an Associate Veterinarian.
The Lead Veterinarian will be responsible for providing medical care to animals, overseeing the work of other veterinary staff, and managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic. The successful candidate will be a team player who is passionate about providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care to animals, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery
  • Oversee the work of other veterinary staff, including technicians, assistants, and receptionists
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and maintaining records
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the clinic
  • Work with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the care provided to their animals
Qualifications
  • DVM
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Associate Veterinarian
  • Proficiency in all aspects of veterinary medicine, including surgery, dentistry, and medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
