We are looking for a full-time Veterinary Medical Director to join our team in Fairfax, VA. The ideal candidate will have a DVM, be proficient in veterinary medicine, and have experience as an Associate Veterinarian.
The Veterinary Medical Director will be responsible for the overall management of the veterinary clinic, including patient care, staff management, and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for veterinary medicine.
Responsibilities Of The Veterinary Medical Director Include

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the veterinary clinic
• Overseeing patient care and ensuring that all animals receive the highest level of care
• Managing the staff and ensuring that they are providing excellent customer service
• Overseeing the financial operations of the clinic and ensuring that the clinic is profitable
• Developing and implementing marketing plans to attract new clients
• Continuing education to stay up-to-date on the latest veterinary practices

Qualifications For The Veterinary Medical Director Include

• DVM
• At least 5 years of experience as an Associate Veterinarian
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Passion for veterinary medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
