Our location in Humble, TX has an opening for a Continuous Improvement Manager.
This position is responsible for strategy and tool development across the site, as well as coaching and execution of countermeasures and driving action plans to completion. Development and owner of the plant loss KPI tracking and reporting standards. Accountable to develop and manage the overall CI Program standards for the plant ensuring effectiveness of change management, adoption of systems and culture.
