Reporting to Maintenance Supervisor as well as Director & Manager of Special Events, this potion supervises the maintenance and operations of Old Falls Street in order to provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Job Responsibilities

• This position has non-standard hours due to the events and activities taking place on evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Maintenance Staff member will assist with setup and maintenance during special events. Tasks include but are not limited to:
  • Keep the assigned area clean, tidy, and organized, creating an inviting atmosphere for guest.
  • Perform assigned maintenance duties associated with the facility at special events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and execution.
  • Transport equipment and operational supplies for each event.
  • Perform the job safely and in compliance with Old Falls Street policies, procedures, work and safety rules and the employees manual.
  • Leaf and trash removal.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Must be flexible on hours which include evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
  • The ability to perform physical tasks such as; lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Having a forklift permit is not required but is an asset.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
