Detroit Boiler Company is a family owned and operated company. We are seeking a full-time detail-oriented Accounting Admin Associate with QuickBooks experience

Responsibilities

  • Data entry
  • Payroll
  • Enter vendor invoices into accounting system
  • Answer Phone
  • Enter Jobs
  • Other tasks as assigned to by management
  • Administrative assistance

Qualifications

· Good communication and organizational skills

· Strong work ethic

· Previous QuickBooks experience

· Excell experience

· High level of organization

· Experience in the construction industry

· Computer efficient

· Positive attitude

· Multitasking

· Strong organizational and time management skills
