**Job Title: Fine Jewelry Sales Associate**
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry sales and providing exceptional customer service. As a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect piece of jewelry, showcasing product knowledge, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. We offer an hourly rate competitive commission structure.
**Duties:**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences
- Provide professional and personalized assistance to customers in selecting fine jewelry pieces
- Communicate effectively with customers to build lasting relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products and close sales
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all jewelry displays are visually appealing
- Process transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system
- Stay informed about current trends in fine jewelry to offer relevant product recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in jewelry sales or related retail sales (e.g., appliance sales, electronics sales)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Proficiency in retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Knowledge of fine watch sales is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is an advantage
