Deutsche Bahn AG is Hiring an IT End User Specialist Near Los Angeles, CA

The IT End User Specialist
is an essential role focused on providing exceptional technical support within a Microsoft 365 environment. This position involves troubleshooting and resolving issues on Windows 10 and 11 systems, supporting Lenovo and Microsoft business laptops, as well as Android Google Pixel, iPhone, and Samsung Android mobile devices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across various devices and platforms.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive inventory of IT assets, including monitors, webcams, mobile phones, and other related equipment.
  • Monitor and respond to security events concerning end-user devices, using Microsoft Endpoint and Manage Engine for endpoint management.
  • Utilize scripting languages like PowerShell to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.


Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years of helpdesk experience.
  • Exceptional soft skills, with a focus on delivering superior customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record in resolving technical issues.
  • A genuine passion for assisting people and providing high-quality technical support.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell is advantageous.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in helpdesk or system administration roles is preferred.
  • Experience with endpoint management tools like Microsoft Endpoint and ManageEngine.
  • Familiarity with supporting a variety of devices, including Windows 10 and 11 systems, Lenovo and Microsoft laptops, and mobile devices such as Android Google Pixel, iPhone, and Samsung Android.

The IT End User Specialist will work in a fast-paced Microsoft 365 environment, supporting a diverse array of devices and systems. The role demands a proactive and user-focused approach to IT support, driven by a desire to learn and adapt to new challenges.
