Overview
The position is for an Account Manager within Deutsche Bank's Trust and Agency Division within Corporate Bank. Account managers are members of a service team that combines broad market knowledge and specific product expertise to meet the needs of each client and each financing. As an Account Manager your primary functions are to have a thorough understanding of basic corporate trust transactions with the ability to comprehend more complex transactions. You will be able to review, negotiate, and close new deals and have a thorough understanding of necessary day-to-day account administration.

What You'll Do
  • Responsible for all aspects of daily administration, maintaining clean reports by staying on top of ticklers, overdrafts, et cetera
  • Reviewing, negotiating, and closing deals efficiently
  • Handling corporate actions relating to deal documents when they arise
  • Manage risk through strict adherence to internal policies and procedures
  • Following up and coordinating with administrators that all MIS is being followed up on (i.e., Ticklers, Document Management System, overdrafts, etc.) and review and approval of Annual Account Reviews each month
  • Full support/project representative on certain projects (responsible for data exercises and communicating back to the team)
How You'll Lead
  • Provides support to senior / mid-level roles and be a motivator with the ability to train, develop and retain staff
  • Build client relationships through Client Outreach and providing excellent client service
  • Ability to offer innovative solutions to problems and identify revenue opportunities
Skills You'll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Extensive experience within Trust and Agency services
  • Strong Data/Management Information experience
Skills That Will Help You Excel
  • Takes decisive and timely actions in pressure situations
  • Works collaboratively within the organization, as well as independently
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.
Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.
The salary range for this position in New York City is $115,000 to $185,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
