Position: HR Manager
Location: The Colony, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and more.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local benefits regulations.
- Analyze and evaluate current benefits policies to ensure they are cost-effective, competitive, and aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate benefits information clearly and effectively to employees.
- Lead benefits orientations and training sessions for new and current employees.
- Handle benefits inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits programs.
- Manage relationships with external benefits providers and negotiate contracts.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software.
